I got the bracelet in the wrong size the first time and the returning process was great. It took a while but it wasn’t difficult. The bracelet is sick I just can’t find the clasp when I have to take it off 💔

the bracelet was awesome, it looks just as shown but the problems show once you want to put it on. the clasp can be annoying to find and eventually becomes loose after a while with no easy fix. The bracelet is awesome just wish its latch could last longer for more than a month like mine.

the bracelet itself was very nice but after having it for a couple weeks the part where it turns broke off
Hidden clasp really was too much and is hard to see I would’ve preferred their classic clasp
